Our pistons are manufactured from forged high silicon, enhanced 4032 alloy (with additional Cu, Ni & Mg) that has low thermal expansion, excellent wear resistance and higher thermal conductivity.
With several heat treatments we provide the piston with a high tensile strength and evenly distributed hardness. The pistons are submitted to several machining steps in specially designed machines and other CNC machines with special diamond tools for dimensional precision, taking care on the perpendicularity and flatness of the ring grooves.
Wrist pins are constructed of cold extruded Chrome Moly steel for high strength to be used with wire clip locks, and we also have other made in tool steel (H13) for high pressure demands
Most of our pistons set are supplied with Japanese piston rings with the latest technology for high performance applications or Total Seal rings if the customer request them
All our pistons can be made complete custom according to the customer need, no matter what the demand or engine it is
