We manufacture all our billet crankshafts using only aerospace steel quality in SAE 4340 or DIN 1.8550 with our specifications, this is because we believe that engineering precision starts with a great core.
Our facility it's equipped with the most modern CNC technology, allowing us to make any complex shape designed.
All our manufactured crankshafts are fully stress relieved, Magnafux crack detected and full controlled prior to shipping to give you the confidence that you get exactly what you need.
We take care of every crankshaft detail as radii, surface finish, oil holes chamfer, overall finishing and dynamically balanced less than 2 grcm.
Our highly versatile manufacturing processes allow us to produce a wide range of crankshafts configurations (1 to 16 cylinders, inline, V or boxer), and even quantities that goes from 1 only to small batches or even full production run.
